Adapted Sports Midlands is overseen by Jon Foster, an esteemed educator with 25 years of experience. He obtained his PE teaching qualification from the University of Exeter and has since held various positions in sports and pastoral education.

In 2015, Jon completed his SENCo award and currently undertakes commissions with local authorities, spearheading projects related to special educational needs.

Notably, Jon led an ASD school that received an Outstanding rating from OFSTED during his time.
